Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a way of looking at how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. Often, it’s not just the situation itself that causes distress, but the beliefs we hold about it. In REBT, we work together to notice unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them, and replace them with more balanced, supportive ways of thinking. I use this approach because it helps people feel less overwhelmed by their emotions, gain perspective, and take practical steps toward living with more confidence and peace.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy is based on the idea that the stories we tell ourselves shape how we see our lives and what we believe is possible. Sometimes those stories get taken over by problems—like “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll always struggle.” In Narrative Therapy, we work together to separate you from the problem and look at your story in a new way. By identifying strengths, values, and overlooked moments of resilience, you can begin to rewrite your story in a way that feels more empowering and aligned with who you really are. I use this approach because it helps people move away from self-blame and toward a sense of agency, hope, and possibility.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is built on the idea that you already have strengths and resources that can help you move forward. Instead of focusing on problems or what’s “wrong,” SFBT helps you clarify your goals and notice times when things are already working, even in small ways. Together, we focus on what you want your life to look like and take practical steps to get there. I use this approach because it’s hopeful, collaborative, and helps clients see progress quickly—often in ways that ripple into many areas of life.

Neurofeedback Therapy
Neurofeedback Therapy is a non-invasive way of training your brain to become more balanced and flexible. By using real-time feedback on brainwave activity, it helps the brain learn new patterns that can improve focus, reduce anxiety, support mood regulation, and build resilience. As a certified BrainPaint clinician, I use this evidence-based system to guide clients through personalized training sessions that encourage the brain to “rewire” itself toward healthier functioning. I integrate neurofeedback into therapy because it gives clients another powerful tool for lasting change—especially when traditional talk therapy alone isn’t enough.
